The hotel offers an amazing location, just steps from Pier 39, making it ideal for exploring the area. The staff is attentive and goes out of their way to assist guests, which enhances the overall experience. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, especially if located on the street side, and the air conditioning setup isn't perfect. Overall, it's a fun and vibrant place to stay, especially for families.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located near Pier 39 and all the Fisherman's Wharf attractions. The vibrant atmosphere and unique decor really stood out, making for a truly enjoyable experience. The complimentary s'mores kits were a delightful touch! However, the only downside was the parking cost, which can add up but is typical for the area.
